- Track装置のプロセス最適化および安定稼働を通じて生産性を向上させ、キャパシティ拡張とコスト効率化を推進します。
- 装置ベンダーや部品・材料メーカーと連携し、技術的課題の解決に向けた革新的な技術の開発・導入を行います。
- 部門横断的な改善活動を牽引するため、マネージャー、エンジニア、テクニシャンと密に連携し、効果的なコミュニケーションを図ります。
- 新技術の導入に際しては、国内のみならず海外の製造拠点とも連携し、全社的な技術展開に貢献する機会があります。
