Basic understanding of photolithography or semiconductor manufacturing
Interest in learning process control methods such as SPC or DOE
Comfortable working with data analysis or using tools like Excel
Strong team spirit and motivation to solve problems collaboratively
Openness to talking, reading technical documents or emails in English
