主な業務内容(Key Responsibilities)
・製品・サービス・ブランドを効果的に表現する広告・マーケティング資料の企画・開発
・デザイン・コピー制作チームとの協働によるマーケティブ素材の制作進行管理
・組織やブランド認知を高めるためのコミュニケーション戦略の立案・実行
・顧客の購買意欲を高めるマルチメディアコンテンツ(パンフレット、DM、映像、POPなど)の制作・管理
・イベント、スポンサーシップ、販売促進企画などを活用したマーケティング活動の推進
・KPIに基づく効果測定と改善提案
・チーム内新メンバーの指導・サポート
必要なスキル・経験(Qualifications)
・マーケティング、広告、コミュニケーション分野での実務経験(3年以上が望ましい)
・コピーやデザインなどクリエイティブ業務に関する基本的な理解
・自ら課題を発見し、解決策を立案・実行できる企画力
・チーム内外の関係者と円滑に連携できるコミュニケーションスキル
・中級レベル以上の英語力(グローバルチームとのやり取りあり)
