【POINT】

・介護老人保健施設 での理学療法士業務

・入居者、利用者の日常生活動作を支援

・生活の質向上を目的とした個別・集団訓練

・職員や家族と連携した支援が可能

【仕事内容】

・個別機能訓練計画の作成・実施

・生活動作訓練や趣味活動支援

・身体機能の評価・モニタリング

・職員・家族への助言

月9日~10日休み(シフト制)、年間休日112日、有給休暇、産休育休(取得実績あり)、介護休業(取得実績あり)、看護休暇(取得実績あり)

給与:
