仕事概要
経営の意思決定に直接関わり、組織づくりを通じて事業成長を実現するポジションです。 本ポジションは将来の取締役・CxO候補として参画いただき、経営陣とともに事業戦略と組織戦略を一体でデザインし、実行までリードしていただきます。 報酬はご経験に応じた年収に加え、ストックオプション・持分調整も含めて協議可能です。 はじめに "経営"や"事業"を、組織から伸ばしませんか? 私たちが求めているのは「人事の専門家」ではありません。 むしろ、経営・事業責任の立場で、組織の壁に直面した経験を持つ方こそ力を貸していただきたいと考えています。 業務内容も、いわゆる"コンサルティング"とは異なります。 クライアントの経営に深く入り込み、戦略設計から実行・伴走まで担う"経営パートナー"。その先には、当社の経営陣の一員として、事業と組織の両輪をリードする役割を担っていただきます。 私たちが取り組んでいること 「この事業はいいのに、組織が追いついていない」 「優秀な人が入っても、成果を出せずに辞めていく」 スタートアップや成長企業が抱える課題を根本から解消する仕事です。 私たちは、経営者と組織の間に立ち、事業が本当に伸びる"勝ち方"を設計し、組織にインストールします。 ただ制度をつくるのではなく、経営構造・事業戦略・人の動き方の接続まで入り込み、表面的な「コンサルティング」ではなく、構造変革の実行者としてのパートナーとして関わります。 当社の強み 私たちは、人事を生業としながら、全員が事業責任者などの"事業運営経験"があるメンバーによって設立しました。 全員が異なるバックグランドを持ち、様々な特徴の成長企業に所属してきたメンバーだからこそ、画一的ではない多様な視点で支援が可能です。 ・組織が事業成長のボトルネックになったことがある ・評価制度に失望した経験がある ・優秀なメンバーを育てきれず、悔しい思いをしたことがある そういう経験をしたからこそ、私たちは「仕組み」でなく「構造」から組織を変えることができると考えています。 担っていただくこと 役割 ・経営陣と同等の立場での戦略ディスカッション ・採用・評価・育成・カルチャー醸成の全体設計と実行責任 ・経営課題の抽出から打ち手の設計、実行・検証までのリード ・必要に応じて、社外CHRO/経営企画の役割を担う ・将来的には当社の取締役/CxOとして、経営判断と全社戦略の遂行 進め方 ・正解を持ち込むのではなく、経営陣との対話を通じて構造を編み直す ・チームで議論しながら「会社に合った勝ち筋」を組み立てる ・自分の経験に閉じず、仲間の知見を引き出し合う こんな方と働きたい ・役員・事業責任者として、組織の壁に直面した経験がある方 ・「人事のための人事」ではなく、経営に効く組織変革を実現したい方 ・採用・評価・育成に関し、経営目線での課題感を持っている方 ・経営の意思決定とリスクテイクを担う覚悟がある方 ・自らの経験・失敗を、他者の成長や組織進化に還元できる方 働き方について ・雇用形態:正社員を前提(副業・業務委託での参画スタートも応相談) ・報酬:ご経験に応じた年収+ストックオプション等を含め協議可能 ・フルリモート可(全国各地から参画するメンバー多数) ・現在30名超のチーム/3名の共同代表体制で運営 ・フラットに議論し、経営に直結する挑戦ができるカルチャー さいごに 仕組みではなく構造から組織を変える。あなた自身が経営の一翼を担い、事業と組織の未来を形づくりませんか?

・下記のいずれかの経験をもっていること - 事業会社におけるCxOとしてのご経験 - 「事業」をマネジメントの立場から牽引した経験 - 規模は問わず「人事責任者」または「マネジャー(例:組織開発の責任者)」としてチームを率いた経験 - コンサルティング会社において、「責任者」または「部門リーダー」として事業を推進した経験 - 新規事業の立ち上げ経験
