必須スキル
・3年以上デザイン実務経験 ・UIUXデザイン経験者 ・クリエイティブデザイン経験者 ・Figama、Illustrator、Photoshopの使用した実務経験

・ブランド設計、UIUX設計、バナーやLP制作など幅広いレイヤーを行き来した経験

・勤務地:渋谷オフィスまたは自宅 ・オフィス勤務(月火水) - 渋谷オフィス:東京都渋谷区宇田川町2-1 渋谷ホームズ13階 - アクセス:各線渋谷駅から徒歩10分程度 - 屋内禁煙(屋外喫煙可能場所あり) ・リモート勤務(木金) (雇入れ直後)本社及び労働者の自宅 (変更の範囲)会社の指定する場所

勤務体系
・正社員・契約社員の場合 - コアタイム10:00 〜 14:00のフレックス制。 ※標準的な労働時間:10:00~19:00 (休憩時間1時間を含む) - 所定労働時間を超える労働の有無:あり(平均月20時間~30時間) ・業務委託の場合 - 平日週3日(8時間/日)~平日週5日(8時間/日)以上の稼働必須 ・休暇について - 週休2日制 (土曜、日曜、祝日) - 休暇:年末年始・GW・婚姻・慶弔・産前産後など ※暦通りの休暇に加え、業績により追加休の可能性あり - 有給休暇:入社から6ヶ月後以降に付与 (※) ※入社6ヶ月間で所定労働日の8割以上出勤した場合に年次有給休暇を付与。 ※以後は、就業規則に応じた年次有給休暇を付与。 ※ 有給休暇は正社員・契約社員の場合に限っており、詳細は契約形態によります。
