【必須資格・経験】

下記全ての経験・バックグラウンドをお持ちの方

・社内複数部門、または社外関係者が関わるプロジェクト業務への参画経験

・基本的なOSスキル(Word、Powerpoint、Excelなど)

Excel :ピボットテーブル、集計に必要な関数を使った経験

(countif, vlookup, match, index等)

PowerPoint:社内外への説明資料の作成等の経験

・複数名チームでの密なコミュニケーション含めた共同作業経験

・社内外ステークホルダー(パートナー企業含む)との調整・折衝・合意形成の経験

・業務効率化・高度化の文脈で、RPAや生成AIの活用に関心を持ち、

業務への導入・活用を検討した経験(※実運用の経験があれば尚可)

仕事内容


ICT推進部 AI分析課_主任~課長代理(試験分析・プロジェクト推進)

【仕事内容】

  • 概要

新しいテストの開発・試行調査などのプロジェクト業務に携わっていただきます。

分析課の担当業務に関する自チーム・社内外の関係者と調整を担い、

目的・ゴールを踏まえた業務設計から推進までを主体的に担っていただきます。

  • 詳細

新しい試験問題やテスト開発において、ニーズ調査・試行調査の運営オペレーション実務

および工程管理を経験やスキルに応じてお任せいたします。

新規開発を行ううえでの、他部署・パートナー企業との交渉・調整についても担っていただきます。

【試験問題に関する統計処理・分析・資料作成、受験者の成績データ集計・処理・分析業務】

(1)S-CBT含む英検・TEAP・英検Jr.等の試験問題に関して、統計ソフトやツールを用いて必要な統計処理を行い、分析・集計資料を作成

  • エクセル処理がメインです。(VBA/SQLのノウハウがある方も歓迎)

(2)これまでのご経験やスキルに応じて業務を自身で推進し、チーム全体の工程管理・スケジュール管理や上司・他部門とのスケジュール調整

  • 単独作業ではなく、基本ペア/チーム作業であるため、そのグループの作業WBSおよび当日作業タイムライン作成管理。

複数業務が走る場合があるため、優先度や作業者の稼働を加味し、上司・他部門との調整業務があります。

【新規開発業務】

(1)新しい試験問題やテスト開発において、ニーズ調査・試験の設計図作成試行調査の運営オペレーション実務

  • 具体的には、「受験者候補の公募」「申し込み処理」「会場手配」「実施手配」「資材作成」

「物流」「データ処理」等、サンプルテスト運営に関する作業です。

(2)テスト問題の新規開発を行ううえでの、他部署・パートナー企業との交渉・調整(ご経験に応じて、部門横断プロジェクトのPMOもあり得る)

  • 上記作業を実施するために必要であれば協会内・外の協力を頂くための交渉・調整です。

【経営層、部門長レベルへの報告】

(1)上記「1」「2」の結果および課題の報告を課長指示のもと実行

  • 分析作業のみにとどまらず、分析結果や調整結果を言語化/資料化できるPPT力を必要とします。

【年収・給与】

780万円~978万円 ※提示年収は、今までのご経験や選考の中でのご評価によって決定いたします。最低年収を下回る可能性もございますので、あらかじめご了承ください。
