Senior Sales Manager, Japan

Are you passionate about selling software solutions that solve everyday business problems? If you're a sales hunter, this position is for you.

This is the role and main tasks

As part of our sales team, you will help develop and deliver a value-added, solution-centric customer experience. We are really interested in how you've used all your industry experience to sell and deliver value-driven proposals.

More specifically, you will:

· Win new business via value add/solution-centric selling and signing of new logo license contracts,

· Deliver winning proposals / successful RFPs,

· Develop and progress pipeline,

· Position Stibo Systems' business partners and STEP as a Multi-domain MDM solution

Who we are looking for

As a sales hunter, you should have a successful proven track record in selling enterprise software solutions in an international setting - preferably within Master Data Management and/or Information Management.

Moreover, you:

· Able to work with all levels of professionals within a business, including Board Executives, Directors, Business Managers, IT Managers and Architects, etc.,

· Have an extensive and proven retail, manufacture, CPG or/and distribution background,

· Customer-focused always driven by adding value to the stakeholder experience,

· Strong communication skills, both verbally and written, enabling you to command and attract attention - make C-level listeners,

· A self-starter, proactive, resilient with a positive, "can do" and "roll-up-the-sleeves" mentality to get the job done

· Advanced English language skill
