Introduction
Global United Trading operates and manages an e-commerce website that offers quality Japanese genuine and performance parts to customers worldwide. We do our best to provide an exceptional experience to customers who are looking to order parts directly from Japan and we were successful to achieve this since the company's inception in 2015. Our customers highly recommend our services and we seek to maintain such a position as the company continues to grow year over year. Consequently, as the business expands, the number of orders to fulfill also increases and therefore we are looking for a fulfillment operator to help us continue providing quality service to our customers.
Responsibilities:
Process daily delivered products.
Pick and pack orders carefully to be collected by the shipping courier.
Prepare shipping documents in English and customs declaration papers
Follow up with shipping couriers in case any support is required.
Contact customers about their orders in case any issue arises.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Provide feedback on the efficiency of the shipping process and suggestions for improving it.
Requirements:
Business level Japanese.
Business level English.

Monday-Friday 09:00-18:00
