Job Description
★ Oversee the management of Japan Factory Site with respect to Environment, Health, Safety and Security.
★ Develop, implement and train sound and effective policies, procedures and guidelines while maintaining regulatory compliance in all audits and checks
★ Achieve Zero Accident vision at the factory by developing and deploying Safety roadmap for Factory
★ Lead the Environment agenda of the Factory (Positive Impact Operations), to progressively reduce our footprint across the key metrics of carbon, energy and water.
The Successful Applicant
★ Any Bachelor's degree or equivalent and higher
★ Technical Skills and Experiences required
★ Knowledge of factory industry safety, security, health and environmental standards
★ Experience handling all types of EHS management systems
★ A working knowledge of Japanese health and safety, security and environmental laws and the rules and regulations needed to comply
★ Past professional experience across safety, health and/or environmental areas
★ Successfully demonstrated ability to manage change
★ Good understanding of Quality, Engineering and Manufacturing systems as well as Supply Chain and HR processes
