デジタル・マニュファクチャリング・マネージャーは、

群馬工場におけるデジタルトランスフォーメーションの責任者です。

デジタルツールは、私たちに効率性とデータのシームレスな接続をもたらします。

同社では、MES、LIMS、WMS、BIなど、より良い製品トレーサビリティと工場パフォーマンスを実現するために、多くのデジタルツールの導入を計画しています。

本ポジションは、これらのデジタルツールの導入と保守を担当します。


職務概要:
- 工場へのデジタルソリューションの導入とメンテナンス

- 現場と経営陣のビジネスニーズを理解する。

• DMA(デジタル・マニュファクチャリング・アクセラレーション)の評価をリードする

- プロジェクトスコープの定義と主要ステークホルダーとの調整(ジャパン/グローバルチーム)

- プロジェクト管理(スケジュール、コスト、スコープ、品質、サプライヤー管理)

- エンドユーザトレーニングの提供/調整

- 各システムの試運転と検証をリードする

- クライアントからのフィードバックを得て、システムの継続的改善を実施する

Digital Manufacturing Manager is accountable and responsible for implementation of digital transformation at Gunma Plant. Digital tools will bring us efficiency and seamless connection of data.

We are planning to implement a lot of digital tools to have better product traceability and factory performance such as MES, LIMS, WMS, BI, etc.

This position is responsible for implementing and maintaining these digital tools.


Main responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain digital solution to factory.
• Understand the business needs from both shopfloor and management.
• Lead assessment of DMA (Digital Manufacturing Acceleration)
• Define project scope and align it with key stakeholders (Japan/ Global Team)
• Project Management (Schedule, Cost, Scope, Quality, Supplier Management)
• Provide / Coordinate enduser training.
• Lead commissioning and validation of each system.
• Get feedback from client and execute continuous improvement of the system(s).
