WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for engineers who are passionate about commercializing and popularizing cutting-edge technologies under research.
You are expected to have practical experience and in-depth knowledge of software development, and to think, design, and implement software with high performance and high quality together with your colleagues.
Business trips may be required for evaluations, experiments, and similar activities. (4 days per month on average)
Responsibilities
・You will drive Unity-based application development and collaborate with your team to bring the product to life
・Leading the design, development and operation of applications, and ensuring product quality
・Integration of proprietary technologies into applications and implementation of technical enhancements to improve reliability and stability
・Continuously improve user experience during operations
・Plan and execute testing strategies, including test case design, system-level testing, and issue resolution
・Conduct code reviews and manage configuration and release processes to maintain software integrity
Minimum Qualifications
・5+ years of Unity application development experience
・Experience with both V-model and agile software development process
・Experience in software configuration management and setting up and maintaining automated testing environments
・Experience designing and implementing applications that communicate with the back end system
・Proficiency in one of the following language combinations:
・Business-level English and conversational Japanese, or
・Business-level Japanese and conversational English
NICE TO HAVES
Experience managing the entire application development lifecycle, from requirements definition to post-release operations
Technical documentation skills, including design specifications and implementation details
Business level English proficiency
Experience in developing new businesses or launching new products.
Experience in technical leadership roles
Experience in CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
