【仕事内容】

輸入車専門店でのデータ入力や電話対応、ご来店されたお客様の一時対応などをお任せします。週に2~3回、警察署や陸運局へ書類を届ける外出業務があり、ずっとデスクに座りっぱなしではありません。良い気分転換になりますよ

~~ 具体的には

〇PCでのデータ入力(フォーマットあり)

〇電話・メール対応

〇ご来店されたお客様へのお茶出し・一次対応

〇警察署や陸運局への書類提出・受取(週2~3回)

〇ショールームの飾り付け・POP作成

専門知識は一切不要です。先輩スタッフがOJTで丁寧に教えます。PC入力も決まったシステムへの入力がメインなので、Excelで数字入力ができればOK外出業務も最初は先輩が同行し、道順や手順をレクチャーします。

【未経験でも安心の温かい職場】

20代~30代前半の女性が中心。みんな未経験からスタートしました。難しい表計算スキルも不要。明るい挨拶と丁寧な対応ができれば、すぐに馴染めるアットホームな雰囲気です。

【プライベートも大切にできます】

勤務時間は9:30~19:00。残業はほとんどなく、基本的には定時で退社できます。朝は少しゆっくりめなので、通勤ラッシュを避けられるのもメリット。仕事終わりの予定も立てやすく、オンオフ充実させられます。

9:30~19:00(実働8時間、休憩90分)

※残業はほとんどありません(基本定時退社)
