在宅クリニックの地域連携室における看護業務及び附帯業務全般

基本的にクリニック常駐でのお仕事です

・病院、訪問看護師、ケアマネージャー等との連携

・相談業務、説明等

・オンコールはございません

【診療科目】内科、外科、呼吸器内科、消化器内科、神経内科、循環器内科、整形外科、リハビリ科、腫瘍内科、緩和ケア科、皮膚科、精神科、訪問診療、在宅医療

【休診日】土曜日、日曜日、祝日、年末年始

アピールポイント:

・2026年4月オープン予定。希少な地域連携室での募集です。

・土曜・日曜・祝日は原則お休みで、夏季休暇・年末年始休暇として各5日間の連続休暇を取得できます。プライベートの時間も大切にできる勤務体制です。

・複数の在宅クリニックを展開する医療法人グループが母体となっており、安定した基盤のもとで腰を据えて働けます。

・駅直結の立地にあり、天候に左右されにくく通勤しやすい環境です。

求める人材:

・正看護師資格

・看護師経験5年以上(病棟3年以上、在宅1年以上経験あれば尚良)

勤務時間・曜日:

シフト制/09:00~18:00

休暇・休日:

土曜日、日曜日、祝日(月1回程度土曜日の出勤あり、その場合平日に代休取得)

有給休暇、年末年始休暇5日(12/30~1/3)、夏期休暇最大5日(平日3日+土日)

アクセス:

本町駅徒歩1分

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥320,000以上は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥40,000(10時間相当分)を含む。10時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。
