【仕事内容】

部で扱う開発各プロジェクトにおける、リードエンジニアをお任せします。

ウフルは顧客の課題をヒアリングしてシステム開発をするだけでなく、その後は顧客と伴走しながら課題解決をしています。

具体的には下記のような開発プロジェクトがあります。

・SalesforceやAWS等のプラットフォームを用いた、SFA/CRM/MA/CDPなどの開発

・自社サービス(下記のCUBE 01参照/サービス連携基盤や情報ポータルマップなど)の開発

・顧客課題に合わせたフルスクラッチでの開発

開発実務だけでなく、リードエンジニアとしてプロジェクトを横断した技術支援(標準化)やメンバーの教育もお任せします。

システム構築~リリースまでの業務全般をお任せします。

フロント~バックまで幅広い開発に携わることができるため、最新技術に触れながらリードエンジニアとしての経験を積むことができます。
