複数の開発プロジェクトを対象に、横断的な進捗管理・課題整理・品質向上活動を担当。標準化・見える化を通じて組織的な開発力を高める役割を担います。

■ 業務内容

・プロジェクト状況の定期モニタリングと報告書作成

・会議体(定例/ステアリング)設計・運営・ファシリテート

・標準テンプレート、ルールの整備と展開

・課題・リスク抽出とエスカレーション対応

・ナレッジ蓄積/共有、開発プロセスの見直し支援

求める人材:

《必須要件》

・PMO、PM補佐、開発管理の経験(1年以上)

・Excel/PowerPointでの資料作成・集計スキル

・進捗・課題・リスク管理の基礎知識

・JIRA/Backlogなどのプロジェクト管理ツール経験

・開発プロセス改善の提案・導入経験

月給:100万円〜120万円
