働き方を改善しながら、同社のマネジメント業務に携わることができます。
【クライアントのお困りごとを解決経験に応じたコンサルティングのお仕事】
【業務内容】
今までのご経験に応じて下記の1から4のいずれかの業務をお願いいたします。
1)業務改革コンサル
経営・事業課題の分析から、業務改革やDX推進、コスト削減、働き方改革までを幅広く支援します。
- 経営戦略・マーケティング・ブランディングの策定支援
- 業務プロセス改善やシステム導入による効率化
- SCMや間接コストの最適化
- ワークスタイル/ワークプレイス改革の推進
2)ファシリティコンサル
企業の不動産・施設に関する課題を分析し、最適なアセット戦略や拠点再編、エネルギーマネジメントを支援します。
- アセット戦略:アセットの有効活用、効率化、事業性検証、相場調査、仲介支援
- 拠点再編:拠点戦略の立案、オフィスや施設の再配置・整備計画
- EMS(エネルギーマネジメント):ライフサイクルコスト削減、省エネ化、GX(グリーントランスフォーメーション)導入支援
3)エンジニアリングコンサル
生産・技術・法規領域における課題解決や最適化を支援し、持続可能なエンジニアリング体制の構築を行います。
- プロセスエンジニアリング:要件定義、業務プロセス設計、バリデーション支援
- 生産効率化:生産工程・構内物流の最適化、オペレーション改善
- BCM/BCP:事業継続計画策定、耐震診断・耐震設計支援
- 遵法化支援:法規制遵守の調査・計画立案
4)プロジェクトマネジメント(PM/CM/BPO)
建築・設備・業務改革など多様なプロジェクトを統括し、品質・コスト・スケジュールを最適化します。
- 統合マネジメント:プロジェクト計画立案、進捗・変更管理
- スコープ・スケジュール・コスト管理:WBS作成、予算策定、工程管理
- 品質/リスク管理:品質保証・リスク分析・対応計画
- 人材/コミュニケーション管理:チームビルディング、情報共有・調整
- 調達管理:契約・購買計画、ベンダーコントロール
【チーム構成】
プランテックのコンサルタントチームは下記の二つに分かれて業務を行っています。
