仕事内容:
InsureTechのスタートアップ企業でのWebエンジニア 業務です。
事業拡大にともない、Webエンジニアとして自社サービスの機能開発・運用・保守を担当していただきます。
《業務内容》
SaaS型保険業務プラットフォーム「iChainBase」は保険会社向けのサービスです。
従来オフィス勤務、紙での処理を前提にしたシステムが主流でしたが、デジタル化を推進し、新しい保険事業のあり方を支えるサービスになります。
メインシステムと周辺プロダクトの要件定義、設計と、お客様への納品時の開発を担当していただきたきます。コーディングなどは海外の協力会社に委託しているので、その管理、マネジメントも担当していただきます。

保険×ITの『InsureTech(インシュアテック)スタートアップ企業』です。保険会社出身者が多く、IT分野だけでなく、保険業務の細部にいたる知見がある数少ないスタートアップです。国内保険事業者にご利用していただいているiChainBaseの開発強化を計画しています。
少人数であるため、フラットな関係で業務をしています。リモートワークがメインなのでSlackでのコミュニケーションが主体です。
- 在宅勤務が可能。
- 出社が必要な場合があるため、関東圏にお住まいの方が望ましいですが、それ以外の方はご相談ください。

勤務時間:10:00~18:45(休憩60分を含む)
勤務日:月曜日~金曜日(週休2日制)

給与:
固定残業代あり:月給 ¥220,000 〜 ¥450,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥29,200〜¥70,000(20時間相当分)を含む。20時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。
- 昇給を含む給与改定年1回(業績・人事評価による。正社員のみ対象)
- 賞与年1回(業績による。正社員のみ対象)
- 通勤手当支給(新幹線や特急の利用は原則として支給はありません。正社員・契約社員を対象)
- 固定残業代超過分の残業手当(正社員・契約社員を対象)
- 在宅勤務手当(職種・所属部署による。正社員・契約社員を対象)
待遇・福利厚生:
- 転勤なし
- 契約社員の場合は社員登用あり
- 副業OK
- 正社員の場合は60歳定年退職、その後65歳まで再雇用あり
