Experience & Track Record

• 5-7 years of professional experience in IT project management, with a proven track record in data platform development (CDP/DWH) and system integration projects.
• Proven experience in managing and leading development work while effectively communicating with clients/stakeholders.
• Direct experience in managing the implementation of Customer Data Platforms (CDP), Data Warehouses (DWH), and ETL processes.
• Experience managing vendors and third-party service providers.

Technical Expertise

• Strong understanding of Customer Data Platforms (CDP), such as Treasure Data, Tealium, or Salesforce Data Cloud.
• Strong understanding of big data technologies and cloud platforms (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake, Google Cloud).
• Experience in managing implementation projects on major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is highly valued.

Core Skills & Languages

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to present to C-level executives.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage large cross-functional teams.
• Excellent analytical skills and a strong focus on collaboration.
• Business-level proficiency in Japanese (Fluent/Business conversational level).

Preferred Skills(Nice To Have)

• Certification in major CDP/DWH platforms (e.g., Treasure Data, Salesforce Data Cloud, Databricks, Snowflake) is a plus.
• Knowledge of big data technologies, analytics platforms, and AI/ML integration.
• Experience in agile project management methodologies.
• Experience in managing the design and implementation of BI dashboards.
• Experience in managing the development of Web services or Web/mobile applications.
• Familiarity with Japanese market practices and compliance requirements.
• Business-level proficiency in English (ability to communicate with overseas teams).

Project Management & Delivery

• You will take full end-to-end management responsibility for all phases of data platform (CDP/DWH) build and system integration projects, from planning through execution and completion.
• Project Execution Management: Manage the end-to-end delivery of data platform development and system integration projects, ensuring strict adherence to timelines, quality, and budget.
• Planning and Definition: Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to define the project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Leadership: Lead project planning, resource allocation, and risk management activities.
• Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Development Process: Oversee the entire system development lifecycle, including design, build, testing, and deployment.
• Reporting and Governance: Prepare and present regular project status updates to senior stakeholders and C-level management. Ensure compliance with project governance, security, and regulatory standards.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvements in processes, methodologies, and delivery frameworks.
• Continuous Skill Development & Knowledge Sharing: Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies, and share knowledge across the team and organization
