免疫領域における新たな治療パラダイムを確立し、当社開発品の円滑な上市準備と市販後の適正使用を推進するために、疾患領域に関する科学的な対話を通じ、TL(Thought Leader)・専門医・医療従事者からインサイトや助言を取得するとともに、製品プロファイルの適切な理解を促進するために、上市準備時期ならびに市販後に、メディカル戦略に基づいた活動を行う。
役割 (Roles & responsibilities)
- メディカル部門およびイノベーティブ医薬品メディカルのミッション・ビジョンを適切に理解し、これを達成するための戦略の一部を担う。
- メディカル部門全体を通じたシステム・プロセス改善の機会を常に模索し、改善策を提案し、これを実行する。
- TL・専門医・医療従事者から収集したインサイトをもとにアンメットメディカルニーズ(UMN)を把握し、領域戦略にもとづき効果的なUMNの充足を図る。
- TL・専門医・医療従事者から収集したインサイトを分析・要約し、メディカル戦略構築と発売後の適切な情報提供活動への準備を目的として、社内ステークホルダー(メディカル部門内やコマーシャル部門、開発部門など)に対して適切に情報を共有する。
- 領域フランチャイズおよび開発戦略に合致したフィールドメディカル活動を計画・実行するために、メディカルリードとともに、グローバルチームや提携会社との協力/連携体制を確保する。
- 発売準備・適正使用推進に向け、アドバイザリーボードの企画・開催に参画しTL・専門医・医療従事者からの意見収集を推進する。
- チーム内での相互学習や各種トレーニング等も活用し、自身の科学的専門性、コミュニケーションスキルを高い水準で育成・維持する。
必要な知識/スキル/経験 (Required knowledge/skills/experiences)
- BMSKKの社内規定、薬事法、公正競争規約、プロモーションコード、製薬協の諸ルールおよびその他本邦の関連規制に関する知識
- TL・専門医・医療従事者との良好な関係を構築・維持し、必要に応じて交渉・説得もできる高度なコミュニケーションスキル
- マーケティング・開発を含む関連部署または提携会社担当者との調整を適切に図るコミュニケーション能力
- 医学・薬学・生物系の分野で高度な専門性を有するか、もしくはそれと同等の知識・経験
- 疾患領域や当社開発品・製品に関連する英語論文や英文のプレゼンテーションを理解できる英語力
望ましい知識/スキル/経験 (Preferable knowledge/skills/experiences)
- 免疫領域(特に炎症性腸疾患や乾癬など)での業務経験(メディカル経験、開発経験など)
- プロジェクトのリード経験
- 業務に関連する説明文書の作成できる英文作成力、および担当業務範囲の話題に関して英語で議論、交渉、説得ができる英会話力
