・リハビリ計画に沿った介護業務(移乗・トイレ誘導など)

・医師・看護師・リハ職と連携したチームケア

・バイタル測定や食事・入浴・排泄介助

・入退所時の準備・対応

・介護記録やカンファレンス参加

【1日のスケジュール】

07:00 出勤

08:00 朝食介助

09:30 入浴・リハ

12:00 昼食

14:00 見守り

16:30 退勤

求める人材:

【必須】下記のうち1つ以上お持ちの方

・初任者研修修了(ヘルパー2級)

・実務者研修修了(ヘルパー1級)

*・介護福祉士

*資格が無くても施設での勤務経験が半年以上あればOK

勤務時間・曜日:

週5日/1日8時間 シフト制

※ 時短や曜日固定などの希望もご相談ください。

遅番 11:00~20:00(1h休憩)

休暇・休日:
