【職務内容】
業務系システム構築時のプロジェクト管理(またはPMO)がメイン。
プロジェクトは基本構想、要件定義、基本設計、詳細設計、開発(製造)、テスト(試験)まで
システム構築時の超上流フェーズからカットオーバーまで一連の工程を担当しますので、
深い業務知識に加え、顧客との調整・折衝力やプロジェクトを滞りなく進めるファシリテーション力なども重要になります。
・顧客折衝・調整(課題抽出、整理、取りまとめ)
・スケジュール管理、課題管理、要員管理、コスト管理
・ドキュメントレビュー、資料作成(報告資料、要件定義書・課題検討書、ユーザ向け説明資料他)など
【クライアントの特徴と業務領域】
■クライアントの業界は、製造業、建設業、設備工事、土木、流通小売業、運輸業、資源エネルギー、官公庁など、業種は多岐に及びます。またいずれも大手上場企業を中心にプライム(1次請け)案件が多く、
顧客の業務改善を達成するための基幹系業務システムの新規構築や改修プロジェクトに参画頂きます。
【入社後のキャリアパス】
入社後は、PMOもしくはチームリーダーとしてプロジェクトにOJT形式で参画していただく予定です。
OJT終了後は、既存もしくは新規案件のPMまたはPLとして参画いただくことを想定しています。
【求める人材】
【必須】
・ERPパッケージ導入・開発もしくはSIプロジェクトにおけるPMまたはPL経験(開発規模50人月以上)が3年以上
・プロジェクトマネジメント(プロジェクト計画、管理、進捗・課題・リスク管理、顧客・ベンダー・社内関係者との折衝・調整など)の経験
【給与】
年収700~1000万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
