【仕事内容】
【職務内容】
業務系システム構築時のプロジェクト管理(またはPMO)がメイン。
プロジェクトは基本構想、要件定義、基本設計、詳細設計、開発(製造)、テスト(試験)まで
システム構築時の超上流フェーズからカットオーバーまで一連の工程を担当しますので、
深い業務知識に加え、顧客との調整・折衝力やプロジェクトを滞りなく進めるファシリテーション力なども重要になります。
・顧客折衝・調整(課題抽出、整理、取りまとめ)
・スケジュール管理、課題管理、要員管理、コスト管理
・ドキュメントレビュー、資料作成(報告資料、要件定義書・課題検討書、ユーザ向け説明資料他)など
【想定プロジェクト(例)】
■流通業:会計パッケージのグループ会社展開
■建設業・設備工事業:原価管理システム、調達購買システム、工事管理システム(テンプレート導入)
■製造業:生産管理システム、販売管理システム、原価管理システム(パッケージ導入)
■運輸業:輸出入管理システム、会計システム、販売・購買システム
■資源・エネルギー業:請求入金管理システム、社内申請(ワークフロー)システム
■官公庁:省庁内での各種業務システム
※その他:自社会計パッケージ(ACTシリーズ)の導入 他
【求める人材】
【必須】
以下のいずれかのPJで、PL・PMとして顧客折衝を経験した方
・ SIまたはERP導入PJで基本構想~要件定義~設計・テスト~本番稼働までの経験者
・ 会計領域を中心に販売、購買、在庫、生産、原価管理などの業務知識を有する方
【歓迎】
・Biz∫、SAP、Oracle EBS、GLOVIA、Explannerなどの大型ERP導入経験者
・各種ソリューション、ERPを用いたプリセールスの経験者
・会計知識を有する方(簿記等の資格保有者)
・建設業のクライアント対応のご経験がある方
【給与】
年収1000~1300万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
