仕事内容


会員制リゾートホテルにおける人事総務をお任せします。

特に採用活動や労務管理を中心に、本部・各ホテルの人事業務を推進。

雇用計画立案や現場の労務サポートなど幅広く担当いただきます。

【具体的には】

  • 本部・各ホテルにおける人材の採用活動(中途採用が中心)
  • 施設の繁忙期を見据えた安定的な雇用・採用計画の立案
  • 入社時・退職時の各種手続き、対応
  • ホテル現場の労務管理サポート(勤怠管理、残業時間のチェックなど)
  • 労務問題への対応(弁護士と連携しながら対応)
  • 各種総務業務の支援
