Report to Head of Sales Planning / Sales Controlling, Japan
Tasks
- Preparation & Reviewing five year Sales Plan compared for all business units in Japan
- Implement new/updated sales processes / improvement of current processes within Sales
- Track the auto markets and keep internal databases up-to-date with market changes
- Working closely with Sales colleagues and relevant department in Asia on Sales processes
- Reporting Activities for Regional and Asia Management and thereby support on ad-hoc basis
Education and experience level
- University Bachelor degree or above is mandatory
- Experience in (sales) controlling, data analysis and visualization is mandatory
- SAP experience is strongly preferred
- Automotive Industry experience is good to have
- Team management experience is good to have
Language Skills and Qualifications
Japanese as mother tongue and business English language skills
