About the Department and Service
Rakuten Mobile is currently focusing heavily on its corporate business, and within that, the Partner Sales Department is responsible for creating and expanding business through partners (MVNOs or sales agencies). Based on Rakuten Mobile's unparalleled and innovative technological infrastructure, we lead the transformation of the telecommunications industry.
Partner Sales Section 1
Partner Sales Section 1 works with MVNOs (Mobile Virtual Network Operators) to acquire corporate lines. MVNOs are telecommunications carriers that combine their own services and sales channels with Rakuten Mobile's services to provide new value to the world. Therefore, there are as many needs as there are partners, and we possess various functions to meet those needs. For those unfamiliar with the telecommunications industry or MVNOs, we will provide thorough training, so even inexperienced individuals can thrive in this environment.

Job Responsibilities
■ Business Support and Operations Improvement Responsibilities
1. Business Support
You will support the smooth execution of internal operations and efficiently process routine tasks, allowing members in sales, planning, and other roles to focus on their core duties. You will form the foundation of organizational management, primarily focusing on data entry and management.
2. Operations Improvement
You will analyze internal business processes to identify inefficiencies and challenges. Through the introduction of IT tools and systems, and the review of workflows, you will aim to improve overall operational efficiency, automation, and quality.

Due to a certain level of routine tasks, acquiring the job itself is relatively quick, allowing for stable engagement in work. Through this, you will learn the company's overall structure, the roles of each department, and operational flows, acquiring highly versatile skills needed in any company.

Working Environment
The business support team consists of about 3 to 7 members, and responsibilities are adjusted to avoid burdening any single individual. The entire section has about 20 members. The team includes people with a wide range of careers, from experienced veterans to new graduates. While a certain percentage of members come from the telecommunications industry, those with experience in other industries also adapt well.
Required Skills:
・At least 1 year of professional work experience
・Experience using Microsoft PowerPoint/Excel/Word
・Ability to communicate in Japanese at a business level
