時給1500円~1900円経験・能力を正当に評価

平日は週3日勤務から可能

大手企業オフィスで落ち着いた環境

みなとみらい勤務通勤アクセス良好

オフィスビルを中心とした施設管理業務を

お任せします。

建物や設備の安全・快適な環境を維持するた

めの点検や小修繕、工事立会いなどを行う

お仕事です。

日々の業務は計画に基づいて進めるため、

突発的な対応は少なく、落ち着いて働ける

環境です。

<具体的には・・・>

・オフィスビル内の施設管理業務

・小修繕作業、設備点検業務

・修繕計画に基づく工事立会い

・建物・設備の保守管理

・社内レイアウト変更時の引っ越し作業補助

※約10kg程度のOAパネルを持ち上げる作業あり

<想定される1日のスケジュール例/早番>

8:00 出勤・点検スケジュール確認

8:30 館内設備点検

11:00 小修繕対応・業者立会い

12:00 休憩

13:00 設備確認・報告書作成

16:30 翌日の準備

17:00 退勤

勤務時間詳細


早番:8:00~17:00(実働8時間/休憩1時間)

遅番:9:15~18:15(実働8時間/休憩1時間)

※月~金の週5日勤務

※時間外勤務 ⽉15時間程度

※勤務時間・日数は応相談

休日休暇

  • 月2日程度、休日勤務あり

給与詳細


基本給:時給 1500円 〜 1900円

時給は業務経験及び能⼒によって決定します

給与例


①【早番/8:00~17:00】

  • 月~金・週5日勤務(実働8時間)

月収例:240,000円

(時給1,500円 × 8時間 × 20日)

②【遅番/9:15~18:15】

  • 月~金・週5日勤務(実働8時間)

月収例:240,000円

(時給1,500円 × 8時間 × 20日)

③【8:00~15:00】

  • 週3日勤務(実働6時間)

月収例:108,000円

(時給1,500円 × 6時間 × 12日)
