【募集背景】
TMSサービス事業は、2017年に立ち上がった新規事業で、現在は事業拡大フェーズ(1→10)に差し掛かっています。
今回は、事業成長をさらに加速させる役割のアサインを想定しつつ、年20%の成長を続けるディーバ全体の成長を支える幹部候補クラスを募集します。
※2025年7月時点では、TMS事業は主にメンバークラスを積極採用中。本募集は「良い方がいればお迎えしたい枠」であり、TMS単体への関心よりも、ディーバ全体の事業に興味を持てる方が理想です。特にコンサル・SI出身で、将来的に自社プロダクト事業を担いたい方を歓迎します。
【ポジション要約】
日本の大手企業グループを対象に、財務業務の最適化を支援するTMS(トレジャリーマネジメントシステム)の導入コンサルティングから、導入後の運用サポートまでを担うポジションです。
これまでのITコンサルティング経験、PM経験を活かし、事業(その他詳細は面談にてお伝えします)(その他詳細は面談でお伝えします)
【求める人材】
【必須経験・スキル】
■ITコンサルティングファーム、SIer等にて合計5年以上の実務経験を積まれている方
■プロジェクトリードやチームマネジメントの経験を有する方(年数、規模、領域不問)
■ビジネスレベルで英語を活用できる実務経験を有する方
■事業責任者やマネージャーとしてのキャリアを今後志向されている方
【歓迎する経験・スキル】
■プロジェクトやチームの最終責任者としてのご経験をお持ちの方
■財務会計領域の資格や学習経験を有する方(その他詳細は面談でお伝えします)
