仕事内容
【入社後の具体的な仕事内容】
電気系技術者として、以下が主な業務となる。
1新規開発における基板回路設計、ハーネス設計、およびこれらを行うための設計ツールの教育受講と習得。
2設計委託先メーカーや関係部門と連携して業務を進めるための部門窓口担当。
3既存製品における電気部品の生産中止対応、不具合発生時の対応検討・試作設計。
仕事の進め方
【流れ】製品の主担当より、上記13についての依頼を受けて業務を開始します。
その後の作業については、2として委託先や関係部門と連携して業務を進め、製品主担当へ結果をアウトプット。
【体制】基本的には自らが電気系の取り纏め役として上記業務を推進。
※もちろん、もう1名の担当と相談することも可能です。
【働くスタイル】依頼を受けて業務を開始するものの、製品開発においては一緒に開発するパートナーとして課題を解決しながら製品化を目指していただきます。
配属先部署の現在の役割・ミッション
クボタにおいて、農業機械の製品開発を担う部門の一つであり、関連商品(農業ソリューション製品)というカテゴリに属する製品を開発しており、大きく分けて次の二つの役割があります。
・稲作:収穫以降のお米(籾~白米・ご飯まで)を加工する機器の開発
・野菜:多様な野菜に適応した植付け~収穫、その後の選別・包装までを担う作業・調製機器の開発

多様化するユーザニーズを関係部門と連携しながら的確に捉え、スピード感を持って開発することで、お客様の信頼を勝ち得る製品開発が行える組織。
開発効率向上により、開発期間の短縮→体質強化(利益率改善)を行いつつ、製品品質向上のための活動を積極的に行うことで上記組織を目指しています。
現状と目指す姿のギャップを埋める上での課題
ユーザーニーズを具現化する製品を開発するため、電気系制御技術の重要度は増しているが、部内の電気系技術者数が不足している状況であり、スピーディーな開発を進める上で課題となっている。
想定されるキャリアパス(入社5年目以降のイメージ)
電気設計者のスペシャリストとして、同様の業務を行うと共に、後進の育成に取り組んでもらう。
また、製品知識が高まった後には、電気系技術者の目線で製品企画にも参画してもらいたい。

求める経験・スキル
【学歴】大学卒以上
【必須】
・電気、電子回路(CPUが実装されているもの)の新規設計経験(5年以上)。
・ハーネスやモータ等電装部品を使用した設計経験。
【歓迎】
・回路設計経験において、FPGAやCPLDを実装した基板設計のご経験
【語学力】尚可
