【正社員/静岡県沼津市大平/月給196,300円~308,900円/シフト制】

特別養護老人ホームノアノアテラスは、全個室ユニットケアを提供してまいりました。一人ひとりの入所者様に寄り添い、その方らしい生活を支えることを大切にしています。平成25年には訪問看護や訪問介護などの在宅ケアにも力を入れ始め、地域に根差した介護サービスを展開しています。

◇お任せすること

・食事介助、排泄介助、入浴介助、服薬介助などの生活介護をお願いします。入所者様の日常生活を支える大切なお仕事です。一つひとつの動作に心を込めて、その方のペースに合わせた介護を行っていただきます。

・清掃や洗濯などの生活援助業務もお任せします。入所者様が快適に過ごせる環境づくりも、私たちの大切な役割です。

・全個室ユニットケアならではの、きめ細やかなケアを実践していただきます。一人ひとりの入所者様との信頼関係を築きながら、その方らしい暮らしをサポートしてください。

未経験からのスタート:介護の経験がない方でも安心して始められます。先輩スタッフが丁寧に指導しますので、少しずつ介護の技術と心を学んでいただけます。
