仕事内容


普段は倉庫内作業をしていただきつつ、

フォークリフトの資格取得、実地研修を経て、

数か月後にはフォークリフトオペレーターとして長期就業いただきます。

弊社倉庫内での仕分け・ピッキング・検品・梱包など

  • フォークリフト運転技能講習に向けて準備

期間:入社2週間後~

学科についてはご自身で学習を進めていただきますが、

過去問やよく出題される問題などは弊社がサポートいたします。

  • 模擬コースでOJT研修

期間:入社1か月半後(技能講習取得後)

倉庫内作業の合間に弊社研修施設で、

30~50時間の実務研修を受けていただきます。

実際にリーチフォークを運転し、模擬コースで荷物を運搬します。

  • 実務研修

期間:OJT終了後

OJT完了後、実際に弊社倉庫内でフォークリフトを操作いただき、

実務を通して研修いただきます。

  • 実務

期間:概ね入社6か月~9か月後

自社倉庫で勤務、もしくは弊社提携先へ出向(派遣)いただきます。
