仕事内容:

京都を訪れる外国人観光客に、気軽に京都の魅力を案内する「カジュアルガイド」を募集します。

観光地を一方的に説明するのではなく、ゲストと一緒に歩き、食べ、会話を楽しみながら、京都の文化や日常を伝えるお仕事です。

あなたのおすすめ京都をぜひ海外の方に案内してください

具体的には:

  • レストランやバーの同行:あなたのとっておきのお店や外国人ゲストが入りづらい地元のお店に一緒に行き、メニューの説明や注文をサポートします。
  • 街歩きの案内:祇園や河原町などの人気エリアだけでなく、地元の人が通う隠れた名所も紹介します。
  • 体験の共有:神社仏閣の参拝方法や京都ならではの文化的マナーを伝えたり、一緒に写真を撮ったりして旅の思い出づくりをお手伝いします。

※観光ツアーのように堅苦しい進行は必要ありません。まるで京都の友人のようにゲストに寄り添い、リラックスした雰囲気で時間を共有することを大切にしています。

求める人材:

【必須条件】

  • コミュニケーション能力
  • 英語をはじめとする日本語以外の言語スキル

【歓迎条件】

  • 京都の飲食店や街に詳しい方
  • 観光・接客業の経験がある方
  • エンタメ力や人を楽しませるのが好きな方

勤務時間・曜日:

  • 稼働は1時間から2時間の間
  • 完全フレックス制:ご自身の予定に合わせて自由に稼働できます
  • 急な予約などにもご対応いただけると嬉しいです
  • シフト制ではなく、アプリ上でゲストの依頼を受けて稼働するスタイルです

休暇・休日:

お休みはご自身で調整していただけます

アクセス:

勤務地はツアーによって異なります。

給与:

時間報酬:2500円から4000円の間でご自身で設定していただけます。

ツアーはご自身の無理のない範囲で1日何回でも組んでいただけます。

リピートや延長率、お客様の評価によって認定ガイドへの昇格ができます。

認定ガイドになると時間報酬の昇給、また3時間以上の予約受付が可能になります。

【面接の流れ】

1. 書類選考

ご自身のSNSアカウントと、京都でおすすめする飲食店/カフェ/観光スポットを3つ送ってください。応募時の履歴書、自己アピール欄にご記入の上ご応募ください。応募後、メッセージにて送っていただいても構いません。

2. 面接(オンライン)

会社及びサービス説明後、簡単な自己紹介と応募動機をお伺いします。

また一分間の対応言語プレゼンテーションを行っていただきます。

3. 本採用

採用決定後は、簡単な研修(旅行業法や深夜対応、禁止事項など)を行い、その後プロフィール写真の撮影、アプリへの登録をしていただきます。

給与・報酬: 2,500円 - 4,000円 時給
