仕事内容:

1. SEO & Content Growth

  • Execute content and SEO strategies for the Japanese market.
  • Conduct keyword research, content planning, and optimization.
  • Create and localize content (blogs, landing pages, social media).
  • Improve content performance based on data to drive organic growth.

2. User Growth & Operations

  • Analyze Japanese user behavior to identify growth opportunities.
  • Design onboarding, FAQ, and engagement strategies.
  • Support user retention through segmentation and behavior analysis.

3. Product Growth Support

  • Collaborate with the product team to provide user-driven recommendations.
  • Suggest improvements for product experience and features.
  • Provide data analysis and growth performance reports.

4. Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work with product, data, and marketing teams to drive growth initiatives.
  • Report to Product Leader and maintain communication with Tokyo and overseas teams.

求める人材:

  • Strong logical thinking, structured analysis, and user-oriented mindset.
  • Language Proficiency: Excellent Japanese and ability to work in Chinese.
  • Understanding of Japanese user behavior, culture, and social media (X/TikTok/Instagram/LINE).
  • Open to outstanding fresh graduates or candidates with 3–4 years of experience.
  • Adaptable to fast-paced environments with strong learning and growth potential.

勤務時間・曜日:

(正社員・契約社員・派遣社員等の例)

・9:00〜18:00(休憩1時間)/週5日勤務 → 約160時間前後/月

・月曜日〜金曜日勤務(土日祝休み)

・残業なし

給与・報酬: 6,000,000円 - 8,000,000円 年俸
