【ミッション】
「国産LLM『Sarashina』を通じて圧倒的なユーザー体験を創出し、AIジャイアントと戦い、勝ち抜く」モデルとユーザー体験の間に横たわるあらゆる課題を機械学習技術とシステム設計の創意工夫で乗り越え、極限まで磨き抜かれた性能・スケーラビリティを実現することを使命としています。
LLMを主軸に据え、アルゴリズムからプロダクトへの実装・運用までライフサイクル全体を担い、技術的挑戦を厭わず、成果に誇りを持つMLエンジニアであることを信条とします。

・月給:541,667円~1,500,000円
・想定理論年収:6,500,000円~18,000,000円
※上限金額はその限りではございません。
※月給・想定理論年収:基本給+固定時間外手当(35時間相当)
※時間外手当は一般職のみとなります。
加えて、固定時間外手当(35時間)を超えて勤務した場合は実績に応じて支給いたします。
※別途インセンティブが支給されることがあります。
