問題解決をしながらお客様に伴走し、短期間で英語力向上を実現するのがあなたのミッション。応用言語学に基づいたプログラムのもと、効率的な英語学習方法のレクチャー、お客様の学習管理やシャドーイングの音声添削などを行ないます。
【お客様について】
「海外赴任のために短期間で英語力を上げたい」「昇進にはTOEICの200点UPが必要」といった目的をお持ちのお客様が多いです。ティーチングではなくコーチングのスタンスで、お客様の人生そのものに深く関わります。
【基本的な仕事の流れ】
▼ヒアリング・目標設定
カウンセリング時のテストを通して、現状のレベルを確認。「英語を習得したい理由・いつまでにどうなっていたいのか」をヒアリングし、目標設定します。
▼カリキュラムの策定
現状の英語力や生活習慣、お仕事環境などを考慮し、オーダーメイドのカリキュラムを作成。目標達成に向け、具体的な行動計画や学習時間の確保についてすり合わせます。
▼面談
週1回、対面やオンラインで面談実施。学習進捗や時間の使い方について、時にはモチベーションアップについてお話をすることも。より良い週を過ごすためのアクションプランを設定します。
▼日々のフォロー
自社アプリを使った学習状況の管理、LINEチャットを使った質問や相談の対応など、目標達成に向けてフォロー。
※外出のない内勤のお仕事です。
【入社後の流れ】
▼まずはサービスの知識やカリキュラム作成方法などをインプット
▼実際の面談を想定した先輩社員とのロールプレイング
▼先輩社員のお客様対応に同席
▼その後は3ヶ月間、先輩社員のメンターがしっかりサポート
