Q. どんな施設ですか?
A. つばめあんしんネットグループで、会員様向けのケアアテンダント業務を行う会社です。
Q. 具体的に何をするの?
A. 通院や福祉施設への送迎、通院の付き添い、車いすご利用のお客様の乗降サポート、お買い物や外出の付き添い、緊急時の駆けつけサービスなどを行います。ケアアテンダント業務のご用命がない時は一般のタクシー業務もお任せします。
Q. 未経験でも大丈夫?
A. 98%が未経験入社です約2か月間の入社研修でタクシー業務の基礎を学び、UD研修で高齢者や障がいのある方への接し方、車椅子での乗降の方法などをしっかり学べます。
Q. どんな方が活躍していますか?
A. 第二新卒・就業経験なし・フリーターの方、ブランクがある方も大歓迎資格取得支援制度もあるため、介護初任者研修や介護福祉士の資格を取得してさらにステップアップしている方も多数います。
