Q. どんな施設ですか?

A. セカンドストリート横浜港北店の駐車場での警備業務です。お客様車両が安心して入退場できるようサポートする重要なポジションです。

Q. 具体的に何をするの?

A. 入出場車両への案内と歩行者の安全確保が主な業務です。お客様に最初と最後に接する者として、一人ひとりがお店の一員という気持ちでご案内いたします。

Q. 未経験でも大丈夫?

A. 勤務開始前に20時間以上の研修を実施しますので、未経験の方も安心してスタートできます。警備の仕事に関わる法律や心構え、事故発生時の対処法、護身用道具の使い方、救命処置など、必要な知識を丁寧に学べます。

Q. どんな方が活躍していますか?

A. 60代・70代の方も多数活躍中で、年齢に関係なく未経験でも大丈夫です。特別なコミュニケーションは必要ありません。

安心ポイント

駐車場警備は工事現場と異なり、車両は駐車場ではスピードを落としますので危険はありません。走り回ったり難しい業務をすることはなく、基本実働8時間・休憩1時間で残業はほぼありません。

09:30~18:30(2名体制)

10:00~19:00(1名体制)

毎日3名体制で運営

※基本実働8時間・休憩1時間 ※時間外労働なし、残業ほぼなし

【勤務曜日】 シフト制。ローテーションにより勤務日を決定いたします。予定を募り他の勤務者とシフトを組むため、週1日~週5日まで労働日数についての相談が可能です。働く日数が決められ、休む曜日も決められるため、生活のリズムが安定し、休みの計画も立てやすい環境です。
