【りそな銀行 業務サポート部について】

・業務サポート部はりそな銀行の店舗運営・銀行事務の所管部署であり、銀行店舗の「お客さまのこまりごと解決に向き合う場所」への変革のための以下の取組の中核を担っています。

①後方改革

・銀行店舗で行っている後方事務をミドル・バックオフィスへ大胆に集約することで、銀行店舗を従来型の事務から開放し、「お客さまのこまりごと解決に向き合う場所」への転換を実現可能とする環境を整備する

②店頭改革

・後方改革により創出される余力・時間を、お客さまとのコミュニケーション時間に転換し、より一層お客さまのお困りごと解決ができるよう、社員のコミュニケーション力の強化に向けた施策の立案や、店頭のシステム・インフラ改革を主導する

③業務プロセスの解体・再構築

・銀行事務の抜本的な見直しにより、紙による事務作業や複雑な手続きなどから脱却し、次世代のビジネスを支える、ローコストで柔軟性・利便性のある業務プロセス・インフラへと転換する

【配属先】

・配属想定先:りそな銀行 業務サポート部 店頭企画チーム(東京本社)

・人員構成:業務サポート部(東京本社・大阪本社計170名)20代から60代まで幅広い年代の方が活躍されています。

※今回配属になるチーム営業店改革・店舗施策チームは現在、10名で構成されております。

・残業時間:平均30時間程度

・テレワーク:週1回程度

【募集背景】

現在、りそな銀行では銀行店舗をこれまでの「お客さまの事務手続を行う場所」から「お客さまのこまりごとの解決に向き合う場所」としていくことを目指し、店舗の改革に取り組んでいます。また、リテール分野に経営資源を集中していく中で、銀行業務における事務のあり方を根本的に見直し、店舗レイアウトや事務プロセス等の抜本的な変革を行うことにより、迅速で正確なサービス提供による利便性・信頼性の向上と、ローコストでの運営体制を両立させるオペレーション改革に取り組んでいます。

・入社後まずは、ご経験を活かしながら業務に慣れていただき、店舗のレイアウト設計をお任せしたいと考えております。300を超える店舗を運営するりそな銀行において、「お客さまのこまりごとの解決に向き合う場所」を目指し、店舗改革の一翼を担っていただける方を募集します

【業務内容】

・りそな銀行の営業店において、建替や新築が発生した際のレイアウトの検討・設計什器備品の選定など(小規模のレイアウト変更を含めて常時30案件程度を管理しています)

・業者との調整業務や発注業務

・営業店や関係部署との調整業務

・レイアウト検討に関する資料作成

・営業店への現地調査、現地サポート

・営業店のレイアウトに関する困りごとへの対応

※関わる店舗は、オフィス型、路面店型、商業施設型など複数のアセットの中に存在をしており、大きさや中身も異なるものが多い状況です。毎回同じではなく、店舗に合わせたレイアウト設計を行っていただきますので、最初は大変かもしれませんが、お客さま、働く社員の顔を想像しながら、最適な働く環境を提供いただければと思っています

【りそなの目指す店舗像】

・従来の銀行の店舗は入出金や住所変更のお手続きを行う場でした。デジタル化が進む中、これまで来店が必要だったお手続きはネットやアプリで出来るようになり、これからの銀行店舗の在り方について変化が求められています。

・りそな銀行では銀行店舗をこれまでの「お客さまの事務手続を行う場所」から「お客さまのこまりごと解決に向き合う場所」としていくことを目指し、店舗の改革に取り組んでいます。お手続きに来られたお客さまには、タブレットでのお手続きのスムーズさやスピーディさを体験していただくためのデジタル化を進めています。また、ご来店されたお客さまには安心してご相談いただけるよう、専用のスペースを設けるなどコミュニケーションを軸とした営業スタイルの変革にも取り組んでおります。例えば、家計の見直しやお得な情報のご提供を行うスペースを設け、より銀行を身近に感じていただける場にすることを目指しております。

・建物・アセット問わず、レイアウトの設計を3年程度行った経験がある方

【歓迎要件】

・CADの実務経験がある方

・オフィスのレイアウト設計の経験がある方
