技術領域(専門スキルを活かす部分)
・自社SaaSサービスのインフラ設計・構築・運用・保守
・Linux(Redhat系)サーバの運用管理、チューニング、障害対応
・ネットワーク機器(ルーター、スイッチ、ファイアウォール、ロードバランサー)の設計・運用
・仮想化基盤(VMware/KVM等)の構築・運用
・オンプレミス環境の維持管理と改善提案
・新技術の導入検討とインフラ最適化の推進
マネジメント領域(マネージャー候補として期待する部分)
・チームの業務進捗管理、課題解決のリード
・障害対応における二次対応・再発防止策の策定
・他部門(開発・営業・サポート)との調整業務
・プロジェクト推進におけるリーダーシップ発揮
・将来的なマネージャー登用を見据えた人材育成・チームビルディング(メンバーの技術向上)
【求める人材】

■Linux(Redhat系)の運用の実務経験(10年以上)
■Webアプリケーションの運用の実務経験(10年以上)

■サーバ仮想化ソフトウエアの運用の実務経験
■オンプレミス環境の運用の実務経験
