【大阪本社】人事制度企画/最先端技術を活用した移動サービスを展開する持株会社
【仕事内容】
最先端技術の活用による日本最大級の高速バスをはじめとした移動サービスを展開する企業での人事制度企画業務全般。
配属先となるHuman Resource Dept.(人事部)にて、従業員が心地良く・安心して働くことができる人事制度の設計と運用実行をお任せします。
これまで人事制度企画を行っていた前任者が家庭事情により急遽退職となったため、人事制度企画を主体となって担っていただける人材を採用します。
入社後は引継ぎを経て人事制度周りのプロフェッショナルとして当社の成長に貢献いただくことを期待しています。

・研修制度設計・運用
・従業員のエンゲージメントを高めるための各種施策の設計・運用
・各種福利厚生制度の導入
・社内外関連部署との連携
・その他採用など人事業務対応

正社員試用期間:有(6カ月)

グループ全体戦略の立案、グループ各社のコーポレート機能の提供、新サービス提供のためのR&D(MaaS、EV、エネルギーマネジメント、自動運転)など
1994年5月に前身となる株式会社西日本ツアーズの創業が当社のはじまり。創業者である代表取締役が旅行会社に勤務していた際、「適正利益を得られ、顧客満足度も高い旅行商品とは何か」を熟考の上、高速ツアーバスを着想。出会いや体験といった人を元気にする要素を組合わせたレジャーとして移動先のイベントと絡めたパッケージの提供と、インターネットを積極的に活用した予約システムが高い評価を得て成長を遂げて来ました。その後、ただ単に集客をするだけではなく、より社会貢献度の高いビジネスとして「移動」の活性化にフォーカスし、事業を拡大。
現在では、全国の都市間バスネットワーク「WILLER EXPRESS」をはじめ、鉄道事業として「京都丹後鉄道(WILLER TRAINS)」の運行、交通プラットフォームとして全国の交通事業者との連携、点在する地域の魅力を繋ぐ食と移動が融合したレストランバスを運営。また、新たなテクノロジーを活用し、日本・ASEANにおいて次世代モビリティサービスの創造に挑戦しており、自動運転はシンガポールで2019年より商用運行を、日本では全国各地で実証実験を重ねており、AIオンデマンド交通サービス「mobi」は、日本・シンガポール・ベトナム・マレーシアでサービスを提供しています。
