仕事内容


【福祉用具のレンタル会社での営業事務】

ショップにレンタル卸する際の事務全般をお願いします

・介護ショップからの電話やFAXでの受注

・納期管理

・電話応対

・配送スケジュール管理

・システム入力

・拠点内庶務

など。

  • 自社システムでのPC入力作業が主です。Excelなどはあまり使いません。
  • 電話対応を含め、取引先企業様とのやり取りが多いお仕事ですので、コミュニケーションを取りながら対応していきましょう
