仕事内容:

1月~3月はNW構成管理・ドキュメント整備、運用管理項目洗い出し整理、現情報の取りまとめ、最新化・可視化の実施をお願いします。

4月以降は障害時の一次対応、ログ解析、復旧、設定変更・変更管理、現地・問い合わせ対応、ドキュメント・ナレッジ管理、構成図、台帳、手順書など基盤ドキュメントの作成・整備、業務プロセス・ノウハウの形式知化、ナレッジベース構築をお任せします。

※お客様訪問のため、週1~2回程度外出があります。(大阪市内:梅田など2ヶ所)

・構成図、台帳、手順書など基盤ドキュメントの作成・整備

・業務プロセス・ノウハウの形式知化

・ナレッジベース構築
