美容サロン「BranRoom」では、従来のアルバイト・フルタイム勤務に加えて、

週3日勤務でも安定した固定給で働ける"新しい働き方"を提案しています。

短日正社員として、プライベートと両立しながら成果に応じた収入を得たい方を募集します。

【主な業務内容】

温活・美容サービス(酵素浴)の体験案内を行うスタッフを募集します。

店舗周辺でお声がけを行い、サービスに興味を持っていただいた方へ

体験内容や流れをご案内するお仕事です。

その場で商品を売り込むような営業や、

無理に契約を勧めるような対応は一切ありません。

・温活・美容サービス(酵素浴)の体験案内

・店舗周辺での声かけ・ご案内対応

・サービス内容の簡単な説明

・体験当日の流れや所要時間のご案内

・興味を持っていただいた方の体験日程調整

・予約情報の入力、チーム内での共有

勤務時間・曜日:

週3日 × 8時間勤務(休憩60分)

勤務時間:9:00〜18:00の間でシフト制

・月・水・金勤務(平日型)

・金・土・日勤務(週末集中型)

※出勤曜日はご希望を考慮いたします。

休暇・休日:

シフト制のため、お休みは調整可能です。

※年末年始や夏季などの休暇あり

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥260,000 〜 ¥420,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥14,850(5時間24分相当分)を含む。5時間24分を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

・月給26〜42万円+成果インセンティブ(月13万円支給実績あり/上限なし)

※試用期間6ヶ月(条件変更なし)
