モデルスーパーバイザーを補佐し、モデル業務、メイクアップサービス、ネイルケアサービスの運営および予算管理を担当します。
OA(オンエア)、番組ガイド、プロモーション動画、WEB用の撮影に必要なモデルのキャスティングについて、モデルスーパーバイザーを全面的にサポートする。

24時間OAの進行を円滑にし、コンテンツを充実させるために、モデル、ヘアスタイリスト、メイクアップアーティスト、ネイルケアアーティストのスキル向上・維持・改善に責任を持つ。

≪職務範囲≫
・業務を最適化し、効率性と精度の高いチームを率いる。

・番組編成に基づき、24時間放送のシフト運用と品質の維持・向上を図り、緊急時の対応体制を構築・維持・運用する。

・業務上の必要性に応じて、国内外への出張を担当する。

・委託会社との信頼関係を築き、常にサポートを提供する。

・QVCのグローバルブランディングを深く理解し、環境整備を行い、「お客様にとっての最高の表現」と「業務品質の向上」を実現するためのサポートを行う。

・長期・短期プロジェクトを含む社内プロジェクトを把握し、LRP(顧客満足計画)および社内マネジメントをサポートする。

・上司と連携し、チームの予算を作成し、年間を通して管理・レビューを行う。

・コンプライアンスを実践し、率先して実践することで、チームメンバー全員にコンプライアンス意識を浸透させ、その意識を維持・向上させる。

・チームを支えるため、他チーム、他部署、関係者との連携・協力体制を強化する。

・お客様視点に立ち、「お客様にとって最高の表現」を実現するための指示・サポートを行う。

・QVCイメージを損なうことが無いよう、OA業務以外の印刷媒体やWEBへのキャスティングについても他部署と連携する。

・CP、CREWS、MD企画、広報、AR、Eコマース・カスタマーマーケティングの各チームと連携しまする。

≪主要な職務内容≫
チーム管理とアウトソーシング管理の支援(20%)
・オーディション開催のサポート、リサーチの実施、モデルエージェンシーの選定、モデルスーパーバイザーへの報告を通じてモデル数を増加させる。

・主に新規採用モデルおよび定期的に配属されるモデルを対象に、モデルチーム内トレーナーと協力して指導育成を行ない、スーパーバイザーへ報告する。

ルーティン業務(50%)
・番組に合致したモデルのアサインをモデル特性に応じて決定しスケジュール管理をする

・モデルのスケジュールに応じてメイクルーム、仮眠室およびスクエア駐車場の予約を手配する

・24時間放送を維持するため、緊急時に迅速に対応できるよう、24時間体制の緊急連絡手段を確保する

指導と監督(20%)
・QVCのブランディングと顧客意識を持ち、モデルへの技術指導(歩き方、ポージング、表情など)をモデルトレーナーと協力して行う。

・モデルのルックスやイメージアップに関する指導、弱点(体型、日焼け、傷跡など)の指摘、改善指導を行う。

・外注先企業や個人契約者(ヘアメイク、ネイルアーティストなど)へのフィードバックや改善要望を行う。

ブランディング(10%)
・イベントミーティングに参加し、事前に意見交換や情報収集を行うことで、イメージ提案に貢献する。

・特定案件のオペレーションシフトを準備する際や、新規採用モデルをオペレーションシフトに割り当てる際には、スタイリストやヘアメイクアーティストに対し、関連商品のイメージを伝達し、モデルのヘアスタイルやメイクが商品イメージに合うよう指示を行う。

≪必要なスキルや知識≫
・各モデルを適材適所で配置する能力

・モデルのスキル向上のための指導をする技術

・優れた対人関係力とコミュニケーション能力

・仕事の優先順位付けや時間管理を含む自己管理能力

・基本的なMS ソフトの操作スキル(Word、Excel、PowerPoint、Outlook)

・24時間体制でチームを管理・統括できる能力。

・夜間、早朝、休日勤務のニーズや緊急時に対応できる能力。

≪望ましい資格≫
・学歴:専門学校、短期大学または大学卒業

・経験:モデルやタレントの経験、またはモデルやタレントのマネージャー(管理者)としての業務経験
