Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Solutions Engineer job at Oracle
In the Technology Cloud Solutions Engineering department, you'll be responsible for proposing technical solutions to clients and partners, offering technical support, and enhancing the presence of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) in the IT engineering industry.
- Collaborate with sales and engineers interacting with clients to propose technical solutions for expanding OCI.
- Deploy and share industry trends and knowledge in AI and data science technology internally and externally, crafting solution proposals focused on AI for clients' new business/IT strategies.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Working with clients, partners, and internal teams to propose and advocate for AI solutions, contributing to the advancement of next-gen IT and cloud business.
- Aligning clients' business requirements with AI technology, developing solutions using OCI and its AI service suite, and supporting the success of client businesses, users, and partners to contribute to Oracle's ongoing growth.
- Bringing over 5 years of experience in proposing enterprise system solutions (pre-sales).
- Possessing knowledge of AI and its market trends, with a background in planning and implementing systems based on AI utilization.
- Experience or foundational understanding of standard corporate cloud technologies, products, and usage, including container technology, databases, (mention of another technology was incomplete).
- Having facilitation skills for idea generation activities like Hackathons, workshops, etc.
- Basic understanding of OCI.
