想定年収:500万円~2,000万円(月給:35万円~80万円)

<店舗スタッフの場合>

■月給35万円以上(固定残業代含む)+インセンティブ

※固定残業代は、時間外労働の有無に関わらず月35時間分を、一律月5万円支給

上記を超える時間外労働分は追加で支給

<店長昇格の場合>

■月給55万円〜80万(固定残業代含む)+インセンティブ

※固定残業代は、時間外労働の有無に関わらず月37時間分を、一律月5万円支給

上記を超える時間外労働分は追加で支給
