自動車販売やレンタカー会社での就業経験ある方優遇

社名にホンダとありますが、ホンダ車専門店ではございません

国産車全メーカーに対応し自動車やバイクの修理・販売やレンタカー事業等を行っている会社です。

来店やお問合せのお客様に対して、ご相談内容や用件を伺う接客業務や車検・点検のご案内の連絡、レンタカーの貸出・返却対応等をお願いします。

接客以外にもパソコンを使ったデータ入力といった事務作業や書類作成、お客様へのご案内も担当して頂きます。

また、陸運局へ書類の提出や自動車の持ち込みなど、自動車を運転して外出して頂く事もあります。

事務職が未経験の方や自動車業界が初めての方でもご応募可能です。

業務内容の幅は広いですが、一気に全てをお願いするのではなく出来る事から少しずつ身につけ、自動車業界の知識を深めて行ってください。

スタッフが長期的に安心して働くことが出来るよう待遇・福利厚生等も最大限準備していきます。

【具体的な業務内容】

  • お客様対応(来客対応、電話・メール・LINE対応等)
  • 車検・点検の入庫案内(電話・メール等)
  • レンタカー車両の管理・貸出業務
  • パソコンを使っての入力作業(専用ソフト・経理ソフト・エクセル等)
  • 各種契約等の書類作成
  • 陸運局などへの対応・検査車両の持込業務(運転必須)
  • 車両経理や清算業務等の経理業務
  • 従業員の出退勤、有給休暇など勤怠等の労務管理
  • 洗車・車内清掃
  • 店舗・事務所の清掃 など

※未経験でも問題ございません。基本的なPCスキル(Word、Excelなど)があれば尚可。

※自動車販売やレンタカー会社での就業経験ある方優遇

※運転業務がありますので、ペーパードライバーの方不可
