Purpose of the Position
He/She is in charge of supporting the corporate planning and PMI department in corporate governance, group company management and other administrative tasks.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
1.
Corporate Governance
- Manage policies / procedures
- Manage key internal meetings (board, executive committee, all hands meeting)
- Manage and improve workflow systems
2.
Group Company Management
- Support collection of basic data from group companies
- Support management of group companies board / cmtes
- Support KYC process with group companies / new investments / government
3.
PR / Impact Report
- Translation of press releases, reports and websites (JP/EN)
- Support PR activities such as press release, newsletter, blog posts, SNS management, webinars
- Manage website updates (Wordpress skill preferred)
- Monitor KPIs related to PR
4.
Group Offsite
- Support planning and execution of all group offsite and other major group events
Requirements
- Understand and agree with Gojo's vision, mission, goals, and values
- Share and exemplify Gojo's Guiding Principles and high level of ethical behavior and trustworthiness
- Be passionate, aspirational, and highly motivated to commit to the goal achievement even in difficult situation
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Native in Japanese
- Fluency in English
- Full-time internship commitment for 1 year, during Gap year.
