市場・顧客理解~施策立案・実行~商談化~受注までの戦略を立案すると共に、 見込客の獲得・育成や営業組織の強化・サポートをリードしていただける方をお待ちしています。
【職務内容】
電子マニフェストサービス「e-」や脱炭素事業「TansoMiru」における、以下業務のリードをお任せします。
■マーケティング施策の企画・実行
自社イベントや展示会出展、DM等のオフラインマーケティング、およびウェビナーやWeb広告運用、メルマガ配信、SEO対策等のオンラインマーケティング等の幅広い施策を企画・実行します。
■営業コンテンツの作成およびシナリオ設計
営業戦略を踏まえた営業資料や提案書等の各種コンテンツを作成します。ご経験次第では営業シナリオの設計・構築にも参画可能です。
■データを活用した改善提案
営業活動やアクセス解析、顧客に関わる様々なデータをもとに、施策の効果を分析し、改善につなげていきます。
■メンバー育成・チームづくり
OJTやスキルアップ支援を通じてメンバーの成長をサポート。将来的にはチームマネジメントや戦略策定にも関わることを期待しています。

【組織構成】 (2025年11月時点)
営業本部 マーケティング部 マーケティンググループ 12名(男性8名・女性4名、平均年齢34.5歳)
※マーケティングプランナー、ディレクター、デザイナー、アナリスト、オペレーター、データベースエンジニアと様々な職種で構成されており、それぞれの長所を合わせてデータドリブンマーケティングを推進していきます。
【求める人材】
【必須要件】
■BtoBマーケティングの実務経験(3年以上)
■顧客理解から施策立案、計画・実行、リード獲得・効果測定までの一連の業務経験
(例:営業資料やebookの作成、オンライン/オフラインイベント開催、メルマガやDM配信等)
【歓迎要件】
・営業と連携し、営業組織の強化・サポート(セールスイネーブルメント)につながる施策を企画・実行した経験
・SFA,CRMツール(Salesforce、HubSpot CRM等)やMAツール((Marketo、Salesforce Pardot 、HubSpot等))を活用したマーケティング施策の実務経験
・営業資料やプレゼンテーション資料等の社外向け資料作成の実務経験
・BIツール(Tableau、PowerBI、Looker Studio等)やExcelを利用したデータ集計・分析の実務経験
【給与】
年収 600 ~ 690 万円
賞与:夏、冬、期末
なお、経験・スキルに応じて変動の可能性があります
