仕事内容:
国立大学法人名古屋工業大学において、以下の業務に従事。
① 大学の施設整備(新増築、改築、改修、修繕、維持保全業務)の企画立案及び施設マネジメント業務
② 大学の施設整備事業に関わる設計、積算、工事監理及び維持保全に関する業務

求める人材:
以下のいずれかに該当する方
① 大学、高等専門学校、高等学校又は専門学校の建築系(建築設備を含む)の学科(コース、専攻等)を卒業された方若しくは2026年3月に卒業見込みの方
② 設計事務所、施工会社等において、設計・積算・現場管理及び維持保全等に関する業務の経験を2年以上有する方
③ 2級以上の建築士又は2級以上の建築施工管理技士の資格若しくは同等以上の資格を有する方
勤務時間・曜日:
月曜日~金曜日 8時30分~17時15分(休憩60分 実働7時間45分)
時間外勤務 あり(月平均 10時間)
休暇・休日:
休日:土・日曜日、祝日、年末年始、その他本学の定める日
※ただし、休日に大学行事等がある場合は出勤の可能性あり(出勤した場合は別途振替休日を付与)
休暇:所定の年次有給休暇、夏季休暇、リフレッシュ休暇等
勤務地:
原則敷地内禁煙、喫煙室あり

JR鶴舞駅から徒歩7分
地下鉄鶴舞駅及び地下鉄吹上駅から徒歩10分
給与:

新卒(四年制大学卒)年収370万円程度(賞与・地域手当含む)
四年制大学卒業後、企業経験10年 年収410万円程度(賞与・地域手当含む)
諸手当:地域手当、超過勤務手当、休日給、扶養手当、通勤手当、住居手当等

採用日は、2026年4月1日以降できるだけ早い時期。
